Preventive Medicine is Key to Good Health!

Annual exams and vaccinations are a critical part of keeping your pets healthy.  Veterinarians also recommend that pets receive heartworm preventative and flea/tick prevention medications year-round.  An annual blood test is needed, as well, to ensure your pets are heartworm free.  Spring is finally here, so it's time to start flea and tick prevention, if not given year-round.  Don't forget to have a fecal check done, as well, to be sure your pets have not contracted any internal parasites.
