Please be aware that if you call AFTER HOURS, the phone will ring EIGHT times before voice mail picks up. Please be patient through the eight rings, then you'll be able to leave us a message. We will return your call the following morning. Emergency needs after hours are still referred to Blue Pearl Veterinary Partners in Overland Park and to VCA Mission Animal Referral and Emergencies in Mission.
Also, if you should call during working hours and receive our voice mailbox (meaning all phone lines are currently being used), please feel free to leave a message. We check for messages hourly during the work day. For a quicker response, please call us back at your convenience if you do not wish to leave a voice mail message.
